Esmi O'ArteEsmi O'Arte has studied Drawing I, Design Fundamentals I (2D), Ceramic I, Art Appreciation, Survey of Art History I, and Portfolio Emphasis at the College of Southern Nevada where she has been a student since 2018. Her academic goals include earning her associate degree in art this year, then transferring to a university to earn her bachelor and perhaps master’s degree. Speaking of her artwork, O’Arte says; “My artwork is a way to communicate from the soul and reflect the colors from within while the actual artwork is the process and completion of it. My art form is expressionism and surrealism, I have control with traditional drawing and while traditional paint is more spontaneous.” O’Arte was born in Las Vegas, Nevada, and graduated from Sierra Vista High School.
